Safe Harbour House has moved

The shelter now has 26 temporary emergency beds available.

Last December Elizabeth Fry’s “Safe Harbour House” moved from 288 Kingsmount Blvd to 107 Cedar Street.

Thanks to this move, the shelter now has 26 temporary emergency beds available. The shelter is open from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, seven-days a week.

It is low barrier emergency shelter program for women. It also has a few beds for youth.

Safe Harbour House first opened on 24 January 2022.
